a table accommodating potted plants that traverse its top surface ‐ this was the goal of this project, nothing more, nothing less. One plant is not enough, at least two should be included, and arriving at slightly different heights. However, with multiple plants come a larger overall dimension, and to accommodate for the scale of the table, the system is constructed from laminated sheet. The quantity of laminations is determined hierarchically, depending on their role in the overall form. The spacing of rows are randomly determined, along with the location of legs at a constant rotation.

I have yet to purchase the potted plants.
